I am using Cura 3.0.3 and my board is using Smoothieware. I choose Marlin Gcode flavor. Cura sets extruder temperatures like this:
M104 S260 ; I believe this sets the first extruder's temperatureM104 T1 S260 ; and this should be second extruderM109 S260M109 T1 S260
It seems Cura assumes that M104 T1 S260 command will set the second extruder temperature without selecting it. However, my firmware is changing the tool wherever she sees Tn command. And, according to this post, this must be the standard behavior of a machine.
So, if someone is experiencing the same issue, or a developer could change the software accordingly, I will be grateful for any help.
