Just unboxed my new Ultimaker 2, plugged it in, turned it on, and got "ERROR - STOPPED, Temp Sensor." Is there a way to fix this without taking apart the print head or the circuit board covers? Or, what is the best way to proceed?
I've emailed support but would like to see if there is anything I can do in the meantime since I'd love to start printing right away...

That did the trick --- there was a loose connection to the board under the printer. Must've come loose during shipment...
