I have here a model of a 10x10x10 cm cube in Slic3r. I have set my extrusion width to 0.5mm (all of them),infill angle at 90 degrees, rectilinear infill, infill density at 100% and disabled perimeters. By my rather simplistic understanding of the situation, there should be 20 parallel lines per layer (10cm/0.5mm=20). However there are only 19 when I put the gcode through a visualizer.
Why is one line missing? Is Slic3r leaving out some space between lines on purpose? Is it trying to compensate for something so that it finally ends up with a solid part?

Here is the Gcode for the file.
