  1. I'm really upset with all this delivery delays so I decided to cancel my order.

    Such treatment of customer is simply unacceptable in my book, regardles of how good the product might be.

    However, looking at my account and order details, there's nothing like "cancel" button. Does anybody know if there's something special i need to do, or sending a mail to support will be enough?
