Y-axis not moving by hand(power turn off)

Hi there,
i have a problem, that Ultimaker head has been not moving Y axis.(power turn on and turn off too)
head has been moving X axis good by hand.
my Ultimaker was printed very good , but this problem is happened suddenly.
two stepmotor(x,y) functions is good. but i think, pole of Y axis did not turning, by hand too(power turn off) .
i habe uploaded two video.
I would like to solve really this problem .
