[Feeder creeking noise on um2+]

I'll try to get a video next time. Currently I'm experiencing an error x or y switch broken... urgggg. I started a different thread on that and will come back to this one once that is resolved. who knows maybe the fix for that will magically fix this too!

I received an error on the UM2+ that says the x or y switch is broken. I went through some trouble shooting with fbrc8 and determined the end stops are triggering properly. That was figured out on wednesday and that was the last I have heard from them. Does anyone know any remedies or fixes for this?

The feeder is making a creeking noise when printing. What can I do? I'm completely new to 3D printers and bought this for my kids so we are novices. Thanks in advance.
