[definition of pointHash inside mesh.cpp and the meaning of "vertex meld distance"]

Hello forum,

I am going through the CURA source and right now I am at the mesh.cpp. You have a static function named pointHash(...) that doing some conversion - probably from mm to integer steps. The function is defined without any documentation and it would be great if some explanation is provided behind its usage and definition.

[Identify Outer and inner closed loops after the slicing operation]

Hello folks,

I am going through the source of the CuraEngine and I need some help to identify the class members that is responsible for the following operations:

1. After the Slicer we have closed Polygons - which is equivalent to closed loops. Which part of the source code is identifying outer and inner polygons from all those closed polygons.
