The filament for my Ultimaker 2 is stuck in the Bowden Tube - it does not reverse. Although I can remove it from the print head, I have no way of removing the filament from the tube. (See image below)
To make matters more complicated, once I took apart the print head (I was concerned it was somehow related to the PFTE coupler) I noticed that there is a disconnected wire within the print head. I looked around but I don't know where the wire goes and how to reattach it! (See image below)
These may be unrelated issues but I suspect they have some connection. Thanks for any help.
