It's my first time here and I think I'm in biiiig trouble :(
I asked my coordinator to put a file to print while I was on my way to work. She kindly did this favor, but soon after she had to leave the lab and when I arrived... It was a mess! The filament was stuck in the hot end and I can't do anything...Take a look at the picture

So... Is there a way to save the printer?
