Hello all. So to make this a quick story... Bought a ultimaker 3 extended, unbox and set up. power on and i immediately notice a clicking coming from the bottom of the printer, it clicks every 7 seconds or so. It tries to go through the start up but stops with an er18. print core connection issue.
"There is a communication error with the print head
When this error appears it means that the print head and electronics cannot communicate (properly) with each other. This is most likely due to a connection problem of the print head cable to either the print head or electronics. Please get in touch with one of our local service providers for help."
i was hoping that someone has had this issue or maybe has a fix. I have removed both print cores and re-seated them with no luck. Thank you in advance for your time.
