I have the ultimaker 2 extended and just finished my second roll of PLA. Was having some trouble with the other plastics provided by the seller. Turns out, they were a different size. Luckily I have an Olsson block. While dismantling the wires from the old block I found the heater cable and the sensor to be stuck in the old block. I've tried everything (sewing machine oil etc.) to get it out but it wont budge. I got in touch with the seller and asked what can be done? could I get replacement cables? He mentioned that it would cost me 300$ !!!!! so far I've had absolute horrible luck with the machine only used 2 rolls of plastic and 2 months have gone by since it's been broken down. I'm super disappointed with both the machine and the service. Anyone else have any ideas??
