I've got the same issue: I've been using the 'Prusa I3 Mk2' config for printing to the Anycubic and the material weight/length/cost is extremely useful. Switching to the Anycubic I lose all but the length. The only reason to swithc to the new Anycubic profile would be to see if it handles stringing/rtestraction any better. The original Cura 15 that came with the printer seemed to handle it a lot better. I've seen comment about the switch to Cura 2.0 changing retraction to a different form (firmware) that the Anycubic doesn't support as well so wonder if that was the case
