  1. Hi Alex,

Not really familiar with your machine, but i assume it's with a bowden or something? It might be caused by the curvature of the filament?

Extruder clicking means that it's having trouble to push the filament for some reason, it blocks somewhere. Can also be caused by as partially clogged nozzle?

I tried even with no filament inside the extruder and the result is the same, when it goes over the 2/3 of the plate, the gear clicks up and down...

I don't think the nozzle is clogged because when i push the filament inside it goes off easily...

  2. Hi there,

I'm quite a noob in 3D prints. I have the Prusa I3 printer since 6 months and I made some pretty stuffs with it. I was really happy about it but since today, my printer refuse to extrudes once the extruder pass around 2/3 of the X axis (is that understandable?).

I tried to print a little piece in the left part of the plate, and no problem with that, but as soon as it is after the 2/3: i'm screwed.

I spent a lot of time, trying to get a better bed leveling, and then i try to print with the fan and the heat dissipator of the extruder not mounted, to see how the gears working evolve when it pasts the 2/3 of the X:

After the deadline, the gear start clicking up and down, and doesn't stop until the extruder is back in the "good" zone... I tried to switch the motor with the one of the x axis, and the result is exactly the same...

    I'm quite lost right now...

Does anyone here have an idea please?
