We've had this issue with our new Extended 3 (see image). The printhead hit a pile of accumulated PVA and was knocked open. The ambient temperature and humidity are within the operating range and we've been using the default printer settings for the BB head + PVA. Still, the PVA accumulates on the print surface and the printhead knocks the print over. It would only mean a failed print if it wasn't for the capacitive sensor + auto stop not functioning. We'll try to replicate but did anyone else have problems with the auto-stop not functioning? Is there a firmware update in the works?
