  1. what you could try is instead of “Save to removable drive” use “Save to disk”. A save dialog will pop up and it should allow you to change the name and extension of the gcode file before saving. There is no way to default to .g instead of .gcode

    I tried this before my initial post. Still will not change the extension to just .g

    As this is my first 3d printer is this out of the norm for a printer to only read .g files? Frustrating!!

  2. I have a Neva Delta made by Dagoma. I have been trying out simplify3d and a full version of Cura (Neva ships with a striped down version of cura) When I save my toolpath to my SD card in simplify3d I get a .g file that my Neva can print. In Cura I get a 3d model file that is a .gcode file that my Neva cannot read. (see screenshot for clarification) Is there a way to save my sliced file as the .g file extension i need?

    I must be missing something simple but right now it's beyond me!

    Any help would be appreciated!
