[Catastrophic Print Failure]

Hi All,

 

I attempted to print a chain mail item and had a major failed print

The small sample print worked fine.

 

The glass bed was forced out of its holders and moved with part of the print, and as you can see below filled the extruder head with PLA.

These machines are only a few months old.

 

Glass Bed moved and scratched the Metal bed underneath and back of machine.

 

 

 

Plastic Stuck in Extruder and actual print result.

Any tips on how to clean (Or should I just replace the extruder head)

 

 

Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. ?
