I attached the 3mf Project. in the previous reply. My edit mistakenly caused the confusion.

I've also loaded the project in 3.4.1 and it appears to slice fine with the same settings.

I'm experiencing a weird issue in Cura 3.5 where after slicing, the print is missing filament in places it should have. See the image - all 3 are the same object, however the middle one appears to be missing parts of its bottom layer and the fill pattern in the bottom layer on the left one appears to be different from the chosen zig-zag fill. It's most noticeable ont he first layer, but does also seem to be happening on subsequent layers
