Hello,
I have done a FW upgrade of my Ultimaker3 to Verison 5.3.0. Now I am unable to print.
Whenever I send a printjob from Cura via network to the printer, Cura says "Printjob sucessfully sent to the printer"
The printer starts to lift the printbed and after aprox. 1 second the printer resets completely and does a reboot.
Does anybody know where I can download FW version 5.2.11.20190503 for Ultimaker3.
I never had issues with this FW version.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply.
I have an Ultimker 3. Sorry, I forgot to mention in my original post.
Is there also a solution out for UM3?

Is there a way to restart a paused print on a given layer?
During a print the material got stuck in the feeder, so I paused the print, reloaded the material and was ready to resume.
The problem was, that this has happend 3 or 4 layers before I paused.
So ideally I would like to resume the print 4 layers before I paused it.
Does anybody know a trick how to do that, without manually editing the G-code file?
Thank you for your expertise.

Hi,
I recently purchased some special materials from RS Components for my Ultimaker3 printer.
Now I want to add those materials to the Cura material database.
Does anybody have, ready to use xml files with material data for the following materials?
RS Item number Desciption
125-4346 RS PRO - MT-Bronze 2,85mm
910-7056 Black Wood 2,85mm
832-0618 RS PRO - WOOD 2,85mm, Tropical Wood
910-7059 RS PRO - WOOD 2,85mm, Light Wood
Any information on correct settings for those materials would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

I did some more tesing and found out, that the problem seemed to be related to the powersupply.
In an overload condition the powersupply shuts down for a short time, then the printer reboots and the print fails.
I measured the power consumption on the mains (220V) side, and found out, that during bed heating the consumption sometimes went over 210W. The original UM3 powersupply is rated 24V/220W.
I have now replaced the original UM3 power supply with a 24V/500W model.
The first testprint worked fine, no more resets, everything looks good. The printer seems to be stable again.
