i had a similar problem and PRISMA3D's solution SOLVED it... although i just renamed the 'qtshadercache' folder to 'REMOVED-qtshadercache' so i could go back to original name if the problem wasn't fixed

I'm glad to have helped you. Instead of renaming the folder, I now directly delete it. When you start Cura again, a new folder is generated. Regards!
  2. Hi ... last week I had a similar problem with the appimage of Cura 4.0 in linux mint 19. I solved it as follows: In ~ / .cache folder, there's a cache called: 'qtshadercache', delete that folder, restart Cura and everything went back to normal. I hope it has helped you ... Greetings!

  3. Hi, this is the first time I write in this forum. I have been a Cura user since its inception, I think it's a great software! Today I download version 4.2 (I am a Linux user and therefore I use the appimage), when making the updates of the plugins, the connection for the octoprint does not appear to me ... nor does the "connect to Octoprint" button appear to me. .. is it a plug in bug or is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
Thanks for everything! Greetings from Argentina!
PD: In the other versions of Cura, the plugin works very well.
