I have a Creality CR-10 Max. I am new to 3d printing and have been printing some prototypes. Each time they come out slightly larger than designed (the holes described below are slightly smaller than designed).
I have just started playing with some Cura settings, but would appreciate some advice in terms of how to work through calibration. Let me first quickly describe what I am printing.
I have two parts. One part is a supposed to be 1cmx4cmx30cm part. It has a hole in one end that is 14mm and a threaded hole in the other end that is 10mm.
I have another part that is supposed a cylinder with a threaded top to fit into the above part (10mm) and a bottom that is 14.2mm.
In short, the important thing is for the threaded parts to fit together:)
What I end up getting is a different dimention for both parts. And most importantly the threads to not match up.
I am using my .4mm nozzle and I am using PLA 1.75mm.
