Thanks! Could you pls expand on "I would look at a line segment in the gcode and multiply it out and see if the gcode is wrong."?

 

I didn't know that you could add multiplier to affect feed rate...

I see major under extrusion problems that seem to be random from job to job. I use Wanhao Duplicator 6 that is very well tuned and I get perfect models when there are no g-code glitches. Brim seems to be printed normally and rest of the model looks like was sliced using 3mm filament even though everywhere in settings it is 1.75mm. Increasing flow to 250% helps but it would be good to get to the bottom of it. See attached image as an illustration.
