I have recently begun printing face shields to give to our local hospitals, running the S5 for nearly the past 24 hours . When starting the next batch this morning I got this error message. "Nozzle offset probe failed..."
I noticed that core 2 was much lower than core 1. In an attempt to troubleshoot, I switched core 1 to position 2 and vice versa - core 2 is still lower than 1. I guess the problem is how the core is sitting in the machine? Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
