The models are prepared for 0.3 mm layer height and a 0.4 mm nozzle. The breakaway between the shields in the stack are optimized for 0.3 mm layer height.
We tried printing 0.3 mm and 0.2 mm. But the area between the shields is printed very loose. In other prints material is missing.
Our latest setup are the Cura standard settings for S5 (0.2 mm).
Do you have a suggestion how to print this model for a stable result.

Hello all,
we are printing the Prusa Headband Europa V3 with our Ultimaker S5 and 2X printers. Unfortunately the results are very unstable when printing stacks.
