I would cut the model to get only the head.

I am trying to print a model of a dog but I only want the head. What I've done in the past for similar prints is to just drop the part of the print I don't want to below the print bed and it prints only what's above. I wanted to do the same thing here but my problem is, I increased the size of the model so the dog head would be bigger but the total size of the dog body exceeds the build volume limit.
I've tried looking online for solutions, whether it be a way to ignore the volume limits or a way to cut off or ignore whatever is below the build plate. But I found no solutions. Any suggestions?

Thanks! I ended up trying out mesh mixer and it was super easy!
