The black prints do the exact same thing. I was thinking about widening the outer legs to get more print surface. Great idea on slowing down the print on the legs.

I am printing an object using matterhacker's ABS Black and White filament. Heat is set to 233 speed is set to 70mm/s and the bed is at 100-C, also my Ultimaker S5 is fully enclosed. Everything prints great except the 45 degree legs (see attached picture). The interesting thing is that I only have the problem with 2 out of the 4 legs. Any suggestions would be apricated.

Need help on what settings do I need to change to make this print with crisp edges again. I had to replace the print core due to the brass heads being worn out and before the replace heads I had no problems printing this design. All sides had clean edges before but now the bottom edge is very rough and this is the same profile that I was using before. Here is my set up:
Ultimaker S5
Matterhacker ABS Black (I have tried several different brand new rolls)
Printing Profile: Engineering-Normal 0.15mm
Printing Temperature 235 (Used a temp tower to determine best temp)
Infill Density is 20%
Building Plate is 95C
Print Speed is 30mm/s
Everything else is the stock settings.
