[Adaptive layers]

I think a better way of having adaptive layers would be to change layer height based on line type

i.e Outer wall 0.15, Inner wall 0.2, Infill 0.3, Support 0.4

I think this could speed up printing and maybe increase layer strength by alternating heights.
