[Ultimaker 2+ Connect print quality]

I just received my Ultimaker 2+ Connect (without air manager), my first ever 3D printer. I have followed all the instructions from the manual to get the machine up and running. However, I can't seem to get first layer success. I need a pointer to improve overall print quality. I have attached my log file below. I used Ultimaker PLA silver that comes with the printer, Cura slicer and pre-set setting

Nozzle: 0.4mm
Infill: 30%
Resolution: 0.2mm (Draft quality)
Adhesion: No

Support: No

I still need to print more to fully experience the UM but so far I am really impressed and can justify the amount of money I spent on it.
