  1. Hello all friends,

I usually got bed leveling problem as attached pictures during using S series machines (S3 + S5). No material sticks to the glass plate  at some area (normally at the center). At those areas, the printer move the bed a little up while it's printing the same layer so the distance between the nozzle and glass plate is too small for the material coming out. It seems that the printer perform an offset because it recognized a height difference while doing active bed leveling. Because I can see the lead screw of Z-axis rotate when the print head go to those areas.

I did some things as suggested to solve this problem but the result is not as desired:

    1. Manual bed leveling.

    2. Clean 2 sides of the glass plate.

    3. Change glass plate.

I know this is not important if we print small pieces but I really want to know if we can disable the movement of the Z axis while it's printing a layer.

    New version v.0.7.0

    New feature:

    Clear Abort, Awaiting Clean-Up

When you abort a print job in an early stage, so during the heat-up phase, before the print actually starts, the printer is asking you after the abort if you want to retry the job or not. In the DigitalFactory you see a message like "Aborted, Awaiting Clean-Up". You cannot start another print job until someone presses the button on the printer's display.

With the new clearabort command, you can clear the message on the printer's display, and the printer is ready again to accept new print jobs.

Notice that it is not working when the printer has already started to print.

    Hi Smithy,

    Don't you have a Windows 32bit version?

  3. Hello all experts!

I'm using a S5. I found that the Z-axis is changing while printing. This may be due to the auto bed leveling function. Before all printings, it always perform a matrix of point height and usually the thickness of glue that we use is not unique so it does an offset if needed.

But this cause a problem. The first layer thickness is not uniform randomly (attached pictures). This only matter when printing big parts.

Please anyone can help me this case.
