Ultimaker just released a new updated version of Cura, v 10.0, which now has the settings for ANYCUBIC MEGA S and Pro in it. So easy!

I have the ANYCUBIC MEGA S also, which I just purchased. I was struggling with the same issue, as the i3 and Zero are listed on the dropdown on Cura's installation menu, but not the "S." After doing a bunch of fiddling around and research, I learned that the "i3" option will work flawlessly. The settings for the i3 and S are identical. This may save some people a great deal of time and headache, knowing this.
Also, know that there is a "Cura" file on the SD card that shipped with your MEGA S, that was supplied by ANYCUBIC. The manufacturer recommends Cura as a slicing software. Just another tip.
Guide to spectrum colors in X-ray view when Preparing
in UltiMaker Cura

Hi everyone,
When preparing the model to print, we're able to view it with the X-ray view, and inspect it in other ways under the "Preview" tab, which yields a spectrum of colors which represent....what, exactly?
Sometimes there's a legend which explains what the deeper of a color means in contrast to another. But without that reference, I'm unable to know what to adjust.
Anyone know?
Thanks,
Michael
