I had this issue and stumbled upon this thread. I had filament stuck in the bowden tube that even holding the end of the filament in a vice, I could not remove. I found sticking it in the oven at 70 degrees C allowed me to remove it with no dramas. Unsure what caused the blockage in the first place. There is lots of bite marks from the feeder motor in the filiment so removed all that and trying again. Managed to load with no issues. This is using genuine UM white PLA.
