[Too large a displayed build plate for printer]

Running CURA 4.13.1 in Windows10 with new Ender3 S1 Pro Printer, displayed build plate is much larger than the actual plate. Can this be adjusted? How?

I get error messgaes when I try to install Cura Lulzbot. Can you help?

["unable to slice" error message]

I'm new to 3D printing, with Ender 3 printer, Ultimaker Cura, trying to print Thingiverse leveler X model so I can level my platform. The stl file loads, but I get the error message "Unable to print" after  pressing "Slice".  Can anyone advise me how to find and fix slicing problems. Thanks.
