This only started happening a month ago and thought my prints were bad because of moisture in my fillament so I bought a whole new roll and they are still bad please help if you know what is happening.

[so im having trouble and dont know how to fix it]

I use a ender 3 pro and lately this has been happening and I don't know what to do at first I thought it was my filament so then I bought a band new roll but its still happing help!!!!!!
