[multicolor print with s5 pro bundle]

hi, I have the s5 pro bundle and I wanted to ask if there is a way to use more then 2 colors in one print.

I want to make multi color parts and take advantage of my material station. Is there a script that I need to add to the g-code? 

I tried to understand what g-code command is responsible for the filament loading but I couldn't find something that looked right.
