We replaced the nozzle cover a couple of weeks ago because half of it had sheared off somehow. I was able to install the new one, but it was loose at the sides. I pushed in the center and bottom tags of the cover as far in as they would go. It stayed on when rubbing a finger on it and when lowering and raising print core 2.
The printer worked for a while, then the nozzle cover came off in the middle of the print. It also came up with a core temperature error.
I pored over the video and written instructions several times. Do you have any tips? The gaps on the sides seem way too large to hold the tags on the side, but it looks like the picture/video. I feel like I'm missing something.
