[Cura creates top layers within the model]

I would be super happy if it was the model, but it is thoroughly checked. No errors. It happends to a few other models as well. Like there is a limit to the height of the model. But ill post the project file, and I am super thankful for any help 🙂

[Cura creates top layers within the model]

For some reason the 4.13.1 seems to create top layers inside the model. This did not happen before the update. I am sure there is a setting that fixes it but I can' t find any. The layers just above the weird top is not connected to the faulty one but floats one layer above it.
I have not tried printing since it is a 3 day print that might turn out bad. 

 

Does anyone know what is going on?
