Hi, Manuparis
I do it manually during printing.
1. Install DUPLICATE extension from Marketplace.
2. Duplicate Extruder 1 to Extruder 2.
3. Slice
4. Preview. A slider appears on rh side.
5. Slide up and down and read the layer you want.
6. Start printing and see Z layer on the screen.
7. At the chosen layer, press once, Mixer, Toggle Mix.

I see this notice on .STL files from Blender 3.1 but not Blender 2.7.
It happens in Cura 4.11 and 4.13.
The prints are the right size.
I'm using the Blender Mesh-3D-Print add-on in both 2.7 and 3.1.

Maybe this solves it.
I had forgotten to set up the default file in mm when I updated to Blender 3.
This excellent tutorial from Maker Tales shows how.
