Hi there,
I want to print a file I made with blender.
It has a hole at the bottom, but Cura always slices/prints the complete bottom layers without the hole:And here a screenshot from blender with face orientation on:
So the normals look good to me and I tried several settings in cura (Remove all holes is off, Bottom Layer Count = 0 etc.)
But I still get the object sliced without the hole at the bottom.
Does anybody have an idea what I could do, so Cura prints the object with the hole?
Cura does not print holes at bottom

I just found the problem.
I had missing faces betweend the 2 bottom layers, so the walls were open.
I selected on the edges of the two layers and clicked on "Bridge Edge Loops".
Now it works as expected in cura.
