How do I change the Plate size of the Printer I'm using

So basically, I have an Anycubic Kobra Plus, which wasn't an option, so I chose Anycubic Kobra Max. I searched online and it said that I could change the plate size online so it matches my printer. But I do not see the area to adjust to that setting I wish that someone could help me. Thank you
