I received my Ultimaker 2 recently and started off its life by having two issues (for which I submitted tickets that have not yet been responded to). The first issue I had was that the bed was loose enough to puncture a hole in the box when it arrived and was chipped as a result (thankfully Makershed, from whom I purchased the printer at Maker Faire NYC, is sending me a new bed and replacement bed clip). So I strapped the bed in place and continued with turning on the printer only to find my second issue: that I couldn't really use the interface on the front. The wheel spins and the on-screen menu adjusts accordingly, but is the wheel supposed to press in? I've tried everything I can think of, but I can't actuate any of the menu items... nothing works. Any help on this second matter would be appreciated.

I just unboxed my Ultimaker 2 and, being an UM veteran expected an obvious way to load filament quickly. So far all I've been able to do is slowly click the "extrude" button in Cura (which only works when the head is hot btw). Is there a better way?
