  1. I received my Ultimaker 2 recently and started off its life by having two issues (for which I submitted tickets that have not yet been responded to). The first issue I had was that the bed was loose enough to puncture a hole in the box when it arrived and was chipped as a result (thankfully Makershed, from whom I purchased the printer at Maker Faire NYC, is sending me a new bed and replacement bed clip).   2. I just unboxed my Ultimaker 2 and, being an UM veteran expected an obvious way to load filament quickly. So far all I've been able to do is slowly click the "extrude" button in Cura (which only works when the head is hot btw). Is there a better way?
