Hello dear ultimaker staff. Since nobody is answering my emails, and the phone in your office is constantly busy i decided to write here, with hope that someone will eventually see it, and resolve my problem.
I have ordered two ultimaker originals on 18 nov through paypal, at first the payment went through, i recieved an invoice and began to wait for a letter with dhl tracking code. But since i am from Moldova, and paypal doesn't work with my country they limited my account and temporary froze the transaction. I recently called in paypal office and they told me that they are making decision on my case to either let the payment through or send it back to me. Current transaction status on paypal is waiting for sellers response, so, your help with writing back to paypal would help much to resolve this quickly.
