Thank you guys. Yes I am using Cura and yes I did select Ultimaker 2. Yes I had checked the machine center box, thanks again.

I am trying out my first print. The printer is starting in the front left corner and is trying to print where the glass clamp is. I immediately aborted the print in order to prevent any damage to the nozzle. I checked my files for any stray parts of the model, but the files are alright. How do I get the U2 to print in the center of the buildplate?
