While i fixed this, I looked at the "A visual Ultimaker troubleshooting guide" and noticed the third fan was not working. One wire was not attached to the connector. So, It's a good thing to run through the entire "A visual Ultimaker troubleshooting guide", even when the machine is new.

That solved it! :-P There was a holow plastic tube in the hole, that fitted exacly in there. So the switch was pressed constantly. Removed the plastic tube and after leveling the builtplate it worked as expected. Thanks a lot!

I have a new (not used) Ultimaker 2. After First time startup I'm trying to: Leveling the build plate. The Printhead moves to the back-middle position. The Built plate moves to the position as seen in the manual. After completing all steps in the manual and pressing "continue", the build plate moves up and bumps into the nozle. Weird thing is: there is a "Test print done by this Ultimaker 2" included. Seems inposible with this kind of behavior. I don't know if this is as designed, but: Pressing up in the menu, moves the builtplate down. Pressing Down in de menu, moves the builtplate up. Any ideas?
