Hello, We purchased an Ultimaker S5 for some experimental developments. Our reseller told us the printer was open source so you could do anything to it, which was what we required. At the moment howeer we are having trouble doing hardware modifications since the 3D models are still not available- Why not? Was this not supposed to be Open Source files? We really need to make these modifications and having to manually re-model the parts is very time consuming. I saw that with UM3, the files were shared 12 months later. Why not with S5? Is there any official news? Thanks TEO

Apro questo thread per dire a tutti la mia ottima esperienza di acquisto di una Ultimaker 2 tramite Creatr in Italia. In breve: ordinato la stampante sabato, è arrivata da me Martedi sera. Dopodichè abbiamo fatto il corso online e mi ha chiarito alcuni dubbi che avevo. Consiglio a tutti gli italiani di acquista direttamente da loro. Hanno pure la spedizione gratuita! Scriva pure chi ha acquistato in Italia le Ultimaker e la loro esperienza con altri fornitori.

Ciao Sam, Scrivo per confermare la mia esperienza. Ho acquistato una UM2 da Creatr: mi sono trovato benissimo, spedizione immediata e gratuita. Dopodichè ho fatto il corso online per imparare un po come utilizzare la stampante. Consigliato!
