  1. Thank you both so much for the manual and video. I was able to disassemble the printer head and remove the filament stuck in the white part. I noticed in the instruction manual that you're supposed to apply copper grease around the hole where the nozzle goes. I don't have any copper grease, should I obtain some before attempting to reassemble my printer?
  2. I tried to change filament on my ultimaker 2 today. When the new PLA wouldn't feed into the nozzle, I ended up removing the bowden tube and realized that there is a piece of the old filament broken and stuck inside the nozzle. The old filament appears to have broken off inside the white part beneath the metal spring. So far heating the nozzle and attempting to press the old filament through has not helped. Any ideas for removing the filament?
