in the "machine setting" menu there is an offset setting for the 2nd extruder. if I set it to 0 the simulation look normal.

I noticed that it happens when I make a "duel exturation merge". I uploaded a picture to the g-code viewer, you can see that the two parts are printed separately. Why is this happening? http://s13.postimg.org/59i7aqoav/Untitled3.jpg
