Rinion

Hello! Using an Ulitmaker 2 and Cura, don't have much experience, but most of the prints are coming out very bad. One thing looks like its missing layers (or rather, not missing, just a lot of gaps and holes, sort of like a mesh). The main thing i want to ask about is that the bottom layer sometimes comes out melted looking and very rough. This is a pic of the bottom. There was some support structure too. Help is appreciated
