Tightening the belts did solve the issue, I am very satisfied with how to prints are coming out!

Hey guys,

I am using the ultimaker original + and have had several prints of the default robot.

However I keep getting the same problem, the face and chest are not coming out as they should be.

How can I solve this issue, I cannot find anything on the forums about this issue, thanks!

Hi,

When applying force on the small black gear onto the axle, my black gear broke. This is for the feeder pat of the printer fyi. Has anyone else had this problem?

I Have the exact same problem, except I applied to much force trying to get it onto the axle and the black gear broke, I'm going to message support about it, going to try to get a new one :/
