Ultimaker use a 35W-Heater, so you don't have the problem with this error. I am testing my own design of a heater-block and have the same problems. The olsson-block have more masses and that's why the time for heating it up is too long in some cases. More material (0.8) amplifies the problem. I think the user eaglevision is right. This feature must be optional.
