  1. Thanks for the reply. Apparently it was a pair of the wires getting caught by the endstops. Everything has returned to normal.
  2. Problem Resolved Hello all I'm hoping someone in the community can point me in the right direction. We've had an Ultimaker 2 at work for the past 3 months without incident, but last night after having to take apart the material feeder at the back of the unit (as we've done countless times to remove jamming filament) the printer began to produce a terrible grinding sound whenever the print head would travel. The machine produced an error message: Error - X or Y switch stuck/broken; but a little searching of the community seemed to indicate that this error was being sunsetted for being too vague. Any ideas on what we can do to correct this problem? Thanks.
