  1. Hey guys, I have an Ultimaker 2, not yet a year old, not used that much either. I was printing with HIPS (nozzle temperature: 240C, bed temperature: 100C). I finished a print, got a good result, was happy. However, when I tried to fire up my printer again, I noticed that the heating up phase took forever. When I attempted to pinpoint the problem, I noticed that the heated bed was not heating up at all. I went to the maintenance menu, heat up printed bed, and set the temperature to 50C to test. This confirmed my suspicion: the temperature of the bed remained at room temperature. The printer does not give me any error messages whatsoever. Any ideas what the problem might be, and how to fix this? Many thanks in advance!
